Ambika C has practised yoga since childhood and has dedicated her work to sharing yoga and related practices with the public. The information supplied by the foundation describes her as a state- and central-government-recognised yoga teacher, a yoga gold medallist and a karate black belt.
She founded Art Cultural Educational Enlight Foundation to support work in yoga, cultural education, awareness programmes and social service. Her initiatives have included training and opportunities for school and college students, government-school children, artists, senior citizens and people from underserved communities.
